House in a Meadow

This is a house in a meadow in rural Ontario. The arrival sequence follows an old forest path to the rear of the house at which point guests are presented with a large gallery window that affords the first glimpse of the meadow. Upon entry, an expanded view of the meadow unfolds through an enfilade of spaces which also capture a series of courtyards. The captured spaces of the courtyards present mediating elements between the house and the openness of the meadow.
